The Challenges

- The most important yet challenging aspect for us was the considerable amount of actions and information in the shipment industry. There was an absolute requirement of transparency for the load planners as well for optimal decision-making and managing inventory, head load, and tail load. This also helps manage empty containers and other important documents like warehouse receipts, hazardous, TIR documents, customs documents, etc.
Our Approach
For Logiware, we defined user stories for the admin to ease out the management, planning, and document tracking. We revamped the architecture and completely changed the wireframe for taking photos of the cargo and saving them. Keeping user convenience as a priority, we also enhanced the visual design. The idea was to focus on developing user journeys for different types of loads like IPI, imports, exports, transload, etc.
